From the North: take the NYS thruway south to the New Paltz exit (exit 18).

From the South: take the NYS thruway north to the New Paltz exit (exit 18).

At the end of the exit proceed right to 199 East. Stay on 199 until you get to rte 9w. Take 9w south to the Mid Hudson Bridge. Cross the Mid Hudson Bridge (.75 toll), you are now on 44/55 east. Once across the bridge proceed on 44/55 east 2 lights. Turn left at the 2nd light. You should be on Market Street. Proceed through 2 lights on Market, the rink will be on the left after the 2nd light.
 
Alternate From the south (be aware there is construction at the Rte84/Rte9 interchange, expect delays):  take 684 north to 84 west. Stay on 84 west to Route 9 north. Stay on route 9 north to 44/55 east. Follow the directions above as if you just crossed the Mid Hudson Bridge.

From the east: take route 44 west into Poughkeepsie (44 will merge with route 55). Stay on 44/55 though Poughkeepsie. Once you pass the 44 plaza (shopping complex with Shop Rite and KMart as the 'anchors'), you will pass through approximately 8 lights. The Civic Center will be on the left. Pass behind the civic center, and take your next left. At the light turn left, Civic Center will be on the left.

From the west: take route 44 east go across the Mid Hudson Bridge. Once across the bridge proceed on 44/55 east 2 lights. Turn left at the 2nd light. You should be
on Market Street. Proceed through 2 lights on Market, the rink will be on the left after the 2nd light.
